Yes — that’s the whole point of the service. For recurring customers we assign the same gardener to your address so they get to know your garden (and your dog, and your side-gate code).
For light rain we work through. If forecasts are genuinely bad (heavy rain or high wind) we’ll text you the night before to reschedule, usually within a few days. You never lose your slot.
Not for routine work, as long as we can access the garden. Most customers leave a side-gate code or key safe. We text on the way and again when we’re done with photos.
Yes — £5 million public liability, plus all staff are NPTC-qualified for hedge and tree work. Insurance details are on every invoice.
